With more than 40 years in the entertainment industry and as a proud IATSE Local 44 member since 1986, Victor Anderson has built a career on quality craftsmanship, innovative problem-solving, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
As Founder and CEO of 1822 Sets, Scenery & Rentals Inc., Victor leads a nationwide team specializing in scenic fabrication, set construction, custom builds, and experiential activations for film, television, live events, and branded experiences. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has made 1822 a trusted partner for productions of every size.
Victor believes every great project starts with a great team—and he's proud to lead one that brings creative visions to life.
Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of 1822 Sets, Scenery & Rentals Inc., Reva Anderson oversees the company's financial operations, accounting, payroll, contracts, and day-to-day business administration. Her attention to detail and organizational leadership help ensure every project runs efficiently from planning through completion.
Working alongside the production team, Reva plays a vital role in keeping projects on budget, clients informed, and operations running smoothly. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional customer service make her an integral part of the 1822 team and its continued success.
Angel Gonzalez has dedicated his life to the craft of finish carpentry, beginning his career at just 13 years old in 1992. With more than 34 years of hands-on experience, he has developed an exceptional eye for detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient project execution.
A proud Local 44 IATSE member since 2017, Angel joined the 1822 Sets, Scenery & Rentals Inc. team this year as our Shop Foreman and has quickly become an invaluable leader. His ability to organize and direct our crews, delegate responsibilities effectively, and keep projects on schedule and within budget has made an immediate impact on our operation.
Respected by everyone he works with, Angel leads by example with professionalism, integrity, and an unmatched work ethic. His knowledge, leadership, and commitment to excellence make him an incredible asset to 1822, and we look forward to having him as part of our family for many years to come.
With more than four decades of experience in the entertainment industry, David Slattery has built a reputation as one of the most dependable and knowledgeable logistics professionals in the business. Throughout his career, he has successfully led labor teams on productions across the United States, ensuring every project is executed with precision and professionalism.
David first joined 1822 Sets, Scenery & Rentals Inc. in 2000 and remained a key member of the team until the company temporarily closed its doors in 2017. When 1822 returned in 2025, David was one of the first people welcomed back, and he has continued to be an integral part of our success.
As our Project Shipping & Receiving Foreman, David oversees the packaging, loading, shipping, and receiving of projects nationwide. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every piece leaves our shop in perfect condition and arrives at its destination exactly as intended. His commitment to quality, organization, and accountability gives our clients the confidence that their projects are in the best possible hands.
David's dedication, reliability, and unmatched work ethic make him an invaluable member of the 1822 team, and we are proud to have him representing our company on projects across the country.
